The Professional Profiles
The Professional Profiles describe generic roles across the policing profession, for police officers and police specific staff roles.
To review the current list of Policing Professional Profiles (PPPs) please select the appropriate document in the guidance section.
New PPPs are published as drafts for the first six months. This is to allow forces and individuals the time to review the content and provide the College of Policing with feedback so that any necessary changes can be made before they are published as final versions.
